Chicago's Bean

Recently celebrated my 40th birthday in Chicago. My husband and I started in Millennium Park and captured some amazing photos of the "bean". We then went to the Chicago Art Institute to see the most amazing Van Gogh exhibit called "Bedrooms" (more in previous post). Afterwards we went to Eataly for food, wine, and lots of treasures to take home (more to come!). It was a great way to celebrate and be inspired!

Church by the Side of the Road

That really is the name of the church! It is the most intimate, quaint little church I've ever had the pleasure of being inside. The happiness felt while painting it has to be just like cooking with love.
